Crabby Shack is the beloved Crown Heights-based seafood restaurant and the first pop-up at Gotham Market at The Ashland, serving a crab-focused menu of crab cake sliders and crab rolls, along with family-style steamed Dungeness and Alaskan crab legs.

Mason Jar & MJ Station

Mason Jar opens its first Brooklyn location, bringing its Southern hospitality to the borough with a menu specializing in beer, bourbon and barbecue. The Brooklyn outpost serves a variety of comfort foods and meats smoked daily on-site, and a selection of thirty beers on tap, with a focus on whiskey, bourbon and whiskey-based cocktails as well.

Bar Granger

The Market’s central bar, named Bar Granger as an homage to Fort Greene’s band of tradesmen from the 1850s, offers beer, wine and house-made cocktails.

Apizza Regionale

Apizza Regionale is a brick oven pizzeria by John Stage, founder of the beloved Dinosaur Bar-B-Que. Apizza Regionale serves locally-sourced Italian fare including Neapolitan-style pizzas, charcuterie platters, salads and sandwiches, as well as house-made mozzarella.


Inspired by Barcelona’s famous market of the same name, Boqueria’s first Brooklyn location offers guests a full-service dining experience with signature tapas from chef Marc Vidal such as datiles con beicon, patatas bravas, and pulpo a la plancha, paired with a list of Spanish wines, spirits and cocktails.
